Position Overview

As a pivotal member of the European Commercial division, the Net Revenue Management Excellence Lead will play a crucial role in driving profitable growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Net Revenue Management Lead for Consumer Goods EMEA to enhance our NRM culture and capabilities.
  • Engage with various stakeholders, including the Commercial Excellence Team, Regional Net Revenue Managers, Business Development Managers, external consultants, and Regional Customer Marketing Directors.
  • Lead the development of training content and manage relationships with expert external partners.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Extensive experience in Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Net Revenue Management (NRM), Commercial Strategy, or Market Strategy & Planning (MS&P) within the FMCG or CPG sectors.
  • Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to change management.
  • A pioneering mindset with entrepreneurial behaviors.
Collaboration Skills

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and achieve results through collaboration across diverse and international teams.

Expertise in NRM Concepts

A deep understanding of essential NRM concepts, including:

  • Brand Portfolio Pricing
  • Price Pack Architecture (PPA)
  • Mix Management
  • Promotion Strategy
  • Trade Investment

Fluency in English is required.
