Net Revenue Management Excellence Lead

As a pivotal member of the European Commercial division, the Net Revenue Management Excellence Lead will play a crucial role in driving profitable growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Net Revenue Management Lead for Consumer Goods EMEA to enhance our NRM culture and capabilities.
- Engage with various stakeholders, including the Commercial Excellence Team, Regional Net Revenue Managers, Business Development Managers, external consultants, and Regional Customer Marketing Directors.
- Lead the development of training content and manage relationships with expert external partners.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Extensive experience in Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Net Revenue Management (NRM), Commercial Strategy, or Market Strategy & Planning (MS&P) within the FMCG or CPG sectors.
- Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to change management.
- A pioneering mindset with entrepreneurial behaviors.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and achieve results through collaboration across diverse and international teams.
Expertise in NRM ConceptsA deep understanding of essential NRM concepts, including:
- Brand Portfolio Pricing
- Price Pack Architecture (PPA)
- Mix Management
- Promotion Strategy
- Trade Investment
Fluency in English is required.
