Senior Enterprise Sales Professional for France

We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team in France. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive sales growth, build lasting relationships with clients, and lead strategic initiatives to enhance our market presence.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a deep understanding of the software industry, particularly in SaaS, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets within enterprise-level accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the enterprise market across France.
- Independently source new opportunities and reach out to target customers.
- Demonstrate persuasive presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to effectively communicate value propositions and drive lead generation efforts.
- Monitor market trends and competition to adjust strategies as necessary.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to the Country Manager in France.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in sales management, specifically in the enterprise software/SaaS sector.
- Success in selling to large enterprises, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- A strong understanding of software sales cycles and enterprise customer dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- The ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills to assess business opportunities.
- Proficient usage of CRM, sales automation, and other sales-related tools.
- Flexibility to travel (domestically and internationally).
- Fluent in French and English, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
The estimated salary for this role is €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including private health insurance, paid time off, hybrid work solutions, and training and development opportunities.
