We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team in France. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive sales growth, build lasting relationships with clients, and lead strategic initiatives to enhance our market presence.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a deep understanding of the software industry, particularly in SaaS, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets within enterprise-level accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the enterprise market across France.
  • Independently source new opportunities and reach out to target customers.
  • Demonstrate persuasive presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to effectively communicate value propositions and drive lead generation efforts.
  • Monitor market trends and competition to adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to the Country Manager in France.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales management, specifically in the enterprise software/SaaS sector.
  • Success in selling to large enterprises, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • A strong understanding of software sales cycles and enterprise customer dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills to assess business opportunities.
  • Proficient usage of CRM, sales automation, and other sales-related tools.
  • Flexibility to travel (domestically and internationally).
  • Fluent in French and English, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including private health insurance, paid time off, hybrid work solutions, and training and development opportunities.
