As a Guest Relation Agent at Club Med, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being of our guests and building a trusting relationship with them. You will be the face of our resort, providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor guest stays and ensure their satisfaction
- Respond to guest requests and provide information about the resort and its surroundings
- Support the Front Desk team to facilitate the guest experience
- Be proactive in suggesting ways to improve the guest experience
- Inform your manager about any service malfunctions or guest complaints
Requirements
- Sociable and able to connect with guests
- Helpful and attentive, finding solutions for guests
- Multilingual, with a strong command of at least two languages
