Notre offre

En tant que stagiaire, vous serez intégré à notre équipe de développement commercial et gestion de compte pour les marchés français, espagnol, italien et portugais.

  • Business Development :
    • Participer au kick-off matinal animé par le Team Leader
    • Gérer les nouveaux leads qualifiés reçus par le marketing
    • Qualifier les prospects par téléphone et promouvoir les bénéfices d'Homerez
    • Détecter et sélectionner les propriétés à fort potentiel
    • Répondre aux questions et objections des propriétaires sur le service
    • Négocier les termes et conditions des contrats
    • Accompagner les propriétaires jusqu'à la signature
  • Account Management :
    • Animer et fidéliser ton portefeuille de clients B2C
    • Implémenter une stratégie de prix et de disponibilité pour tes propriétés
    • Être le point de contact principal des propriétaires
    • Développer la rentabilité des propriétés existantes en identifiant les points d'amélioration
    • Surveiller les performances de tes propriétés
    • Suivre la conversion et évaluez les KPI

Nous recherchons un stagiaire idéal pour intégrer notre équipe de développement commercial et gestion de compte.

  • Tu es en dernière année d'études
  • Tu souhaites intégrer une start-up dynamique
  • Tu dégaines ton téléphone plus vite que ton ombre, que tu es capable de faire sentir ton sourire au téléphone et tu aimes le travail en équipe
  • Tu es obligatoirement natif-ve ou bilingue français, espagnol, italien ou portugais
