Key Account Manager - Business Development

We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to drive business development and secure new partnerships with OEMs in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with automotive OEMs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within OEM accounts
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets
  • Drive contract negotiations with OEMs, including pricing, terms and conditions, and partnership agreements
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with engineering, R&D, product management, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and product development initiatives
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, key account management, or sales within the automotive industry
  • Proven track record of securing new business and achieving sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field
