Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and acquire new clients for UPTOO's services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Manage a team of consultants and provide guidance on career development
  • Participate in recruitment processes and collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Specialist
  • Represent UPTOO at industry events and conferences
  • Contribute to the development of innovative sales strategies and solutions
  • Work closely with the marketing team to identify client needs and develop targeted content

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of commercial experience in a related field
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Fluency in English (B1/B2 level)
