Position: IT Business Relationship Manager

In the IT sector of SUEZ Group, the SI Finance/Purchasing Group and Recycling & Valorization France Service operates as a SAP & Ivalua Competence Center, tasked with the upkeep, enhancement, and deployment of the Group's applications across a diverse application landscape:

  • ERP SAP S/4HANA encompassing FI, CO, MM, SD, PS, HR modules
  • SAP BW on Hana for decision-making processes
  • SAP ECC on Hana (FI/CO/FSCM modules)
  • SAP Business One platform
  • Concur management system
  • P2P system utilizing the Ivalua platform

This department is composed of four specialized teams:

  • Solutions and Project Portfolio: functional leads, solution managers, and project managers engaged in operational or developmental activities
  • SAP BI Solutions: SAP specialists in Data Warehouse & EPM solutions
  • Operations: technical experts in Security, Infrastructure, Business Continuity, development, integration, and contract management
  • Business Relationship and Change Management

The IT Business Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the connection between the SAP/Ivalua IT teams and business users. The primary objective is to facilitate effective communication and management of business relationships, ensuring that SAP IT initiatives align with the organization's goals and requirements.

  • Forge and sustain robust relationships with key stakeholders across various business units to promote collaboration and alignment of objectives
  • Design and execute comprehensive communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed and educated about IT initiatives, updates, and accomplishments
  • Conduct and facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance communication and cooperation between IT teams and business units
  • Oversee the documentation repository of the SAP/Ivalua Competence Center, including project deliverables, quality assurance documents, training materials, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • In-depth understanding of project management methodologies
  • Experience with SAP environments and modules (FI/CO/PS/SD/MM/HR)
  • Demonstrated experience in a comparable role within an IT team or complex IT project environment
  • Exceptional communication abilities and capacity to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong relationship management capabilities and proficiency in collaborating with various teams and stakeholders
  • Analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions
