About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of large accounts and establishing trustful relationships with our top merchants.

About the Mission
  • Manage, negotiate and retain a portfolio of large accounts.
  • Deliver meaningful insights to our merchants, analysing their performance to provide superior business intelligence.
  • Identify key business opportunities and develop strategic plans with our merchants to increase their sales and revenue.
  • Be the voice of our merchants, sharing insights and feedback with our Product & Engineering team and wider organisation to continuously improve our solution.
About You

We are looking for an individual with:

  • At least 4-6 years of relevant experience in sales, customer success, account management or a similar function.
  • Excellent commercial skills, with a strong ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage a portfolio of accounts using identified key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and communicate effectively.
  • A strong willingness to learn and grow, with a coachable attitude and a desire to continuously improve our solution.
