NEO2 est un cabinet de conseil en industrie de procédés et d'infrastructure. Depuis 2008, nous avons connu une belle évolution, avec l'ouverture de 9 bureaux en France et à l'étranger. Nous sommes devenus une référence sur le marché pour les acteurs industriels.

Nos missions
  • Conquérir de nouveaux clients au travers d'actions de prospection téléphonique et physique
  • Assimiler et comprendre l'environnement technique dans lequel vous allez évoluer
  • Echanger et interpréter les besoins de vos clients sur leurs projets industriels
  • Négocier les contrats avec vos clients (prix, conditions de paiement, clauses de résiliation...)
  • Gérer une équipe de consultants (gestion de projets, gestion des carrières, management, gestion des cas critiques...)

Qui sommes-nous à la recherche?

Nous sommes à la recherche de Business Managers Juniors (H/F) qui sont des commerciaux, mais aussi de vrais entrepreneurs. Vous devez avoir un tempérament commercial et être capable de tenir un discours clair et impactant auprès d'interlocuteurs différents.

Vous savez gérer une équipe de consultants et être capable de négocier les contrats avec vos clients. Vous avez un esprit d'entreprise et êtes capable de prendre des décisions stratégiques.
