Role Overview

Dassault Systèmes is seeking a highly skilled and experienced East Coast Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the East Coast region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Define and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and drives revenue growth in the East Coast region.
  • Lead Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers in the East Coast region, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Manage Sales Team: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Analyze and Report Sales Performance: Analyze sales performance data and provide regular reporting to senior leadership, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ Years of Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • SaaS and Cloud Sales Experience: Experience selling SaaS and cloud-based solutions to large clients, with a strong understanding of the sales process and customer needs.
  • Leadership and Management Experience: Proven leadership and management skills, with experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
