About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team at Sprinklr. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and closing large deals within the Abu Dhabi Government.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our presence in the Abu Dhabi Government market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the government sector.
  • Utilize superior salesmanship to develop sales opportunities and identify the necessary decision-makers and influencers of prospective deals.
  • Listen, identify, and understand clients' needs and deliver to their expectations, building relationships with multiple stakeholders and influencing them in a positive way.
  • Actively seek out new sales leads and business opportunities through active networking and utilizing business referrals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors to provide a sales edge needed to close business and generate revenue.
  • Seek feedback at every opportunity to continuously improve and be the best version of yourself.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in enterprise software sales, with a strong background in identifying and closing large deals.
  • Experience working with CMOs and CTOs of large brands, building relationships and delivering solutions that meet their needs.
  • Excellent salesmanship and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi Government market and the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, staying up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders and influence them in a positive way.
