We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team at Industrial and Financial Systems. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth across our market unit.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Execution: Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
- Go-To-Market Strategy: Prepare and execute a Go-To-Market strategy for nominated industries, including territory planning and account planning.
- Pipeline Building: Continuously build and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities, ensuring 4x pipeline coverage.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales leadership and global teams to build a strong internal network and collaboration.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate CRM data and sales cadence, ensuring timely forecasting and reporting.
- Industry Experience: Proven experience in enterprise software sales, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding quota.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, with innate curiosity and resilience.
- Communication Skills: Possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English and a local language relevant to the market geography.
- CRM Knowledge: Working knowledge of CRM systems and commitment to data hygiene and accurate reporting.
