Get ChosenOur Review feature centralizes, replies to, and analyzes customer reviews received on Google and Facebook. We also offer Booster, which gets additional positive reviews on Google through SMS and QR codes. Our Messages feature centralizes and replies to all chat messages received via Google Business Messages, Messenger, and soon Instagram, WhatsApp, and more.
About the RoleWe're looking for an Italian Sales Development Representative to prospect local establishments in Italy (SMBs). Your responsibility is to advise them on how to increase their local referencing and propose Partoo's solutions. You'll work closely with our Inside Sales SMBs team managed by Edoardo to expand Italian small and medium businesses directly from our Paris office.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and determine the needs of small and medium businesses (less than 10 points of sale).
- Manage the prospection and generate 3-4 meetings per day for the Business Developer.
- Organize and manage your planning based on your meetings by phone or video call.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure client satisfaction.
- You're an Italian native speaker fluent in English and/or French.
- You're interested in selling a product with strong added value for your clients.
- You have had your first significant sales experience in B2B by phone.
- You feel comfortable with the different steps of the sales cycle (discovery, argumentation, dealing with objections, closing...).
You'll join a dynamic team of 8 Inside Sales like Stefano, and over 40 employees in the Insight Sales department, divided into two teams (France and Italy). We offer a range of activities, including sports, book clubs, climbing, music lessons, seminars, and more.
What We Offer- A complete training during your first week on the history, products, commercial strategy, and ambitions of Partoo.
- A short-cycle sales school with theoretical and practical training given by our sales director and your manager during your first two months.
- An increase in competence in managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to customer signature.
- A 4-step development path to enable you to quickly gain seniority.
- Remote working: 2 days per week / 6 weeks per year from abroad (work from anywhere policy) after 1 year of seniority.
- Holidays: 25 days of vacation / 6 RTT days per year.
€30,000 - €30,000 a year. Package: 42K. Fixed Salary: 30K. Variable is uncapped and paid monthly.
