Client Relationship Manager - Infrastructure Sector

Experconnect, established in 2005, is dedicated to enhancing the value of senior experience by connecting it with the demands of the corporate world. We are on the lookout for a trainee client relationship manager to enhance our sales team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in cultivating client connections, discerning their requirements, and overseeing accounts to drive expansion. Key responsibilities encompass:
  • Building enduring client partnerships.
  • Identifying client requirements and aligning them with appropriate expertise.
  • Negotiating terms and finalizing contracts.
  • Recruiting and mentoring new specialists to broaden our network.
  • Complying with sales protocols and quality benchmarks.
  • Maintaining CRM and other tools for effective client and sales oversight.
The ideal candidate should possess a background in the industrial domain, exhibit strong communication and negotiation capabilities, and maintain a results-oriented approach. We provide a vibrant and professional work atmosphere that promotes collaboration and ongoing development.
