As a Full-Time Phone Operator, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to our hotel guests. Your engaging communication skills will be essential in creating memorable experiences from the initial inquiry to the final farewell.

Key Duties:

Delivering friendly, professional, and proactive guest service via phone and text messaging. Taking ownership of each call, addressing requests, and providing exceptional assistance. Managing and distributing faxes, voice messages, and written communications for guests. Actively promoting hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experiences. Encouraging participation in our loyalty program. Qualifications
A service-oriented personality is essential; prior experience in a guest service role is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous. Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Must possess valid authorization to work in the USA. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Additional Information
