Job Title: Key Account Manager

Katoen Natie is seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join its team in Saint Martin de Crau, France.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Closely monitor and comment on the profitability of assigned customers
  • Negotiate and renegotiate contract extensions or ad hoc services
  • Determine crucial needs of assigned customers and translate into an annual key account plan
  • Deliver the annual budget and comment on the financial result in a monthly management letter
  • Utilize tools such as monthly management meetings, volume reviews & forecasts, KPI performance, and communication plans
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in economics, or similar experience
  • Intensive professional experience in English and French
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
