We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Katoen Natie in Saint-Martin-de-Crau, France.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with key clients to ensure high-quality services and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and guarantee compliance with contractual agreements and legal requirements.
- Identify and prioritize customer needs, developing annual key account plans to deliver exceptional customer care and service.
- Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and implement action plans to address any issues.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Manage and analyze customer data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Prepare and present monthly management reports and financial results.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Fluency in English and French, with additional language skills a plus.
