The Account Development Representative will play a crucial role in uncovering business needs for Strategic & Enterprise Accounts to build a pipeline for the sales organization.

Collaborating with marketing, sales enablement, and management, the ADR will create campaigns and prospect to develop to the point of handoff for Sales.

As a key member of the team, the ADR will conduct business dealings with prospects in a way that creates a superior customer/prospect experience, setting the stage for future product sales for Postman.

This is a remote role based in EMEA, requiring the ability to work with the Account Development Manager and cross-functional teams to create strategic targets and identify new and expansion business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to complete detailed research within targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical account information, and will be self-motivated to learn Postman's product, competitive products, and market knowledge.

Responsibilities include updating lead status and all prospect interaction in CRM application daily, and being fluent in both French and English.
