We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Client Service team as a Client Service Team Support. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the team with day-to-day tasks and projects, with a focus on KYC/AML, data administration, and documents dissemination.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Client Service team in their day-to-day tasks, including participating in the onboarding process of new clients, setting up reports, and monitoring the delivery of financial reports.
- Support projects aimed at improving the service, such as implementing new services, improving operational efficiency, and reducing operational risk.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Postgraduate studies in Finance, Management, Engineering, or Real Estate.
- Proven interest in real estate, with any previous internship or experience in asset management or real estate a plus.
- Accomplished interpersonal skills, ability to work efficiently in a team, and autonomous, initiative, entrepreneurial, and result-driven culture.
- Strong analytical and synthesis capacity, verbal and written communication skills, and creative thinking.
- Fluent in English.
