About the Role

Fed Supply is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 8 customer service representatives, creating a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Responsible for the growth and development of team members, including performance evaluations and coaching
  • Participate in performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
  • Provide backup support to customer service teams during peak periods or in times of high demand
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, operations, and customer service teams
  • Make decisions regarding course of action in situations where customer service is compromised
  • Implement proactive alerts for stock levels or service issues
  • Play a key role in the deployment of new service offerings
  • Develop and implement initiatives to continuously improve customer service
  • Define and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Supply Chain or Business Administration
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in SAP and other relevant software systems
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
