Fed Supply is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of 8 customer service representatives, creating a positive and collaborative work environment
- Responsible for the growth and development of team members, including performance evaluations and coaching
- Participate in performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Provide backup support to customer service teams during peak periods or in times of high demand
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, operations, and customer service teams
- Make decisions regarding course of action in situations where customer service is compromised
- Implement proactive alerts for stock levels or service issues
- Play a key role in the deployment of new service offerings
- Develop and implement initiatives to continuously improve customer service
- Define and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Supply Chain or Business Administration
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in SAP and other relevant software systems
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
