Job Title: Country Business Development Manager

Camper, a leading fashion company, is seeking a dynamic and multicultural Country Business Development Manager to lead the business development of the wholesale key account business and strategic contemporary accounts in France and Belgium.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all key metrics: gross and net sales, gross margins, returns, discounts, and coop marketing budgets.
  • Identify and drive digital business opportunities with main accounts.
  • Drive in-season management, in-store trainings & visual merchandising with the commercial team across the territory.
  • Set structured in-season management processes with accounts, commercial team & HQ.
  • Continuous benchmarking activities through market and key account data analysis.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Knowledge of other inventory management systems (desirable).
