Job Title: Country Sales Manager
Job Summary:
Suntech is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Country Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing new customers, and improving market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to capture new business opportunities and drive growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Align sales targets with customers and monitor performance on a monthly basis
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms, manage credit lines, and collect accounts receivable on time
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction through pre-sales support, order fulfillment, payment collection, and after-sale service
- Increase revenues, profitability, and cash flow for the company according to established KPIs
- Support marketing activities and communication to improve the brand image
- Monitor competitors' pricing, new product introductions, and strategies
- Collaborate with Head Office teams to gather support and feedback on front-line information
- Regularly travel to visit existing and potential clients in the region
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, electrical, power, or related fields
- Good understanding of the distribution PV market
- Experience with utilities, EPCs, and IPPs preferred
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in PV or renewable energy industry
- Experience working for multinational companies with a global mindset
- Proven track record of successful execution of sales targets in previous roles
- PV technical background is a plus
- Positive, self-driven, diligent, and team player attitude
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to influence different customer levels
- Fast learner with street smarts
Other Requirements:
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and local language
- Able to travel regularly and/or abroad on short notice
