Join Accor as a Revenue Manager at the Pullman Cap Town hotel and take on the challenge of achieving optimal room and conference sales revenue to meet budget RevPAR targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize revenue income from individual, group, and conference business
  • Implement weekly RevPro meetings to discuss revenue strategies and sales tactics
  • Manage reservation channels and ensure rate integrity policies are maintained
  • Analyze market conditions and trends to inform revenue decisions
  • Develop and execute an optimal revenue strategy
  • Provide education and training to front office, reservation, and sales teams
  • Contribute to forecast and budget creation and sales and marketing planning
  • Foster a team-working environment that promotes morale, commitment, and performance in the reservations department and hotel

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
