At Pullman Singapore Orchard, we're redefining hospitality with seamless, fun, cool, and smart interactions. As a Revenue Executive, you'll play a key role in maximizing revenue by implementing and using Revenue Management methods, processes, and tools.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Director of Revenue to define the hotel strategy for future periods, balancing business mix and pricing by season and type of day.
- Run daily and monthly reports to analyze hotel performance, including average rates, occupancy rates, and RevPAR.
- Gather and analyze competitive intelligence to inform business decisions and improve marketing objectives.
- Proactively innovate ways to increase ancillary revenue and monitor room inventory to optimize paid occupancy and ARR.
- Survey the market and competitors to inform future tactical decisions with the Hotel GMs.
- Ensure accurate and dynamic forecasts for future dates, based on RM system recommendations and daily monitoring of data.
- Take daily decisions to optimize hotel turnover, including pricing, inventory management, group quotations, and distribution channels.
- Ensure recommendations are implemented in reservation and reception, and systems are updated accordingly.
- Manage OTAs and ensure compliance and parity across all channels.
- Work closely with Reservations, Sales, and Front Office to ensure hotel objectives are met.
- Spread a "RM culture" in the hotel through weekly yield animations and regular coaching/training sessions.Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Tourism/Hotel Management or related field.
- Experience in revenue management from 6 months to 1 year, completed by reception/reservation experience.
- Hotel systems (PMS, TARS).
