We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team at OSR Enterprises AG. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
  • Strong knowledge of C/C++, Java, or similar programming languages.
  • Experience with Linux operating systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 30% of the time.
  • Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the Automotive industry.
  • Multi-disciplinary product experience.
  • Scripting and/or NoSQL DB knowledge.
  • Knowledge of RTOS (QNX, Integrity, etc.).
  • Proficiency in speaking/writing in additional languages.
