Role OverviewAs a Sector Manager for CHR, reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, your primary objective will be to enhance sales within your assigned territory:
- Build and sustain relationships with approximately 200 clients within the CHR networks through local distributors across various brands.
- Serve as a brand ambassador in all facets, managing the beer sales cycle effectively.
- Exhibit autonomy and organizational prowess to propel sector growth and sales.
- Engage with your professional network, proposing initiatives to promote the product range in collaboration with management and aligned with the sales strategy.
- Focus on product recommendations through tastings, incentives, and customized promotions for clients.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Prior experience in B2B sales, ideally within the beverage or food industry.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation capabilities.
- A proven track record of working independently and meeting established targets.
- Familiarity with the CHR sector and the Savoie market is a plus.
