Strategic Customer Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Customer Solutions Specialist to join our team at FNZ. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.
About the Role:
- You will work closely with our customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- You will have strong technology, analytical, and data interpretation skills, with the ability to carry out complex consulting assignments.
- You will provide leadership and support for your aligned client project, building capability and providing guidance for more junior team members.
- You will document bespoke customer requirements and ensure they are met.
- You will design and deliver training programmes and knowledge transfer services for FNZ customers.
- You will act as a subject matter expert in the platform market, providing training and support for other areas of the FNZ business.
Requirements:
- You should be a native French speaker with good English language skills.
- You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- You should have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- You should have excellent presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
