Job Summary

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales efforts within a specific geographic area, driving revenue growth and expanding the company's presence in the market. This role requires a strong understanding of the industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and drive growth
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
* Provide regular sales performance updates and insights to senior management

Requirements

* 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the industry machinery sector
* Strong technical knowledge of industry machinery and equipment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to travel extensively within the region and internationally
* High level of English proficiency, with knowledge of a second language an asset
