Your Role Overview:

As the Head of People & Culture for France and a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be instrumental in advancing the people and culture strategy within the French market. Your leadership will guide a dedicated team while maintaining hands-on involvement in operational HR functions, ensuring effective support for all personnel.

In this pivotal position, you will serve as the highest-ranking HR representative in our French operations during a transformative phase, following the integration of Luko's workforce. This is an exceptional opportunity to engage in a post-merger environment and contribute to its successful evolution.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of three HR professionals in France, promoting a collaborative and innovative team culture.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, providing strategic guidance in a post-merger context, including the alignment of HR processes and policies.
  • Design and execute comprehensive strategies that align with business objectives, assessing the implications for people and culture to develop effective solutions.
  • Implement initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience, engagement, satisfaction, and retention, including performance management and career development programs.
  • Provide advice and coaching to leaders and staff on matters related to employee relations.
  • Work in partnership with your People and Culture counterparts across various countries on shared programs and initiatives.
  • Act as a reliable contact for the Works Council (CSE).
What We Seek for Success:

This position is based in Paris with flexible remote work options.

  • A minimum of six years of relevant experience in People & Culture (HR), including people management, ideally within a global organization, and familiarity with employee representative bodies and French labor law.
  • Ability to thrive in a matrixed and virtual team environment, supporting multiple locations.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to build and maintain relationships across all levels, including senior management.
  • Experience in managing organizational change, including restructuring and transformation initiatives on a global scale.
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in both French and English.
  • Proficient in negotiation, even in challenging scenarios, guiding discussions toward favorable outcomes.
  • Demonstrated autonomy and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law, business, psychology, or a related field.
  • M&A experience is advantageous but not a requirement.
