About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director / Key Account Manager to join our team at European Tech Recruit. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with key clients in the telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with French operators such as BYG / Iliad on a management level, building customer relationships and promoting products and solutions.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of projects, acting as a consultant to the customer for fixed access network solutions, transmission, and/or products relating to STB, Optical Terminals, CPE, Wifi, etc.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a deep understanding of the customer's needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field, with a strong track record of success in the telecommunications industry.
  • Proven experience working with French operators, such as BYG / Iliad, and a deep understanding of their business needs and preferences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
