Job Title: Key Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at International Flavors & Fragrances. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with key customers in the French market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed financial metrics and drive for results
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) of assigned customers and represent them within IFF
  • Understand customer strategy, brands, and potential and how IFF will deliver value to their business
  • Deeply understand IFF's organization, capabilities, proprietary technologies, resources, product, and service offerings
  • Position IFF as a trusted partner by co-creating winning value propositions that satisfy customers' needs
  • Identify customer needs aligned with IFF solutions
  • Maximize profit levers under commercial control
  • Create, present, and professionally execute strategic account plans aligning with Global, Regional, and Sub-Regional business objectives
  • Be the face of IFF and maintain and improve IFF's position and image
  • Identify and create new business opportunities for IFF and develop, adapt, and execute strategies to generate new sales
  • Build and manage a healthy projects pipeline to ensure sustainable business growth

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of sales experience preferably in business-to-business with the food industry
  • Master's or bachelor's degree preferably in Food Science or Chemistry, Business Management, Sales, or Marketing

Location: Ideally Paris or remote
