Job Summary:

The Global Key Account Manager will be responsible for enabling the largest existing or potential French customers to develop their global pipeline of solar, storage, and hydrogen projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the various stakeholders within the account, their decision-making process, and influence this decision towards the company.
  • Establish a contractual framework agreement for direct or indirect procurement to secure long-term business for the company.
  • Closely collaborate with internal resources such as market intelligence, business development, contract management, legal, and engineering services.
  • Manage Key Accounts customers with French headquarters and foster long-lasting relationships.
  • Lead the global key account team and work closely with internal stakeholders (globally) to ensure the smooth flow of the sales process.
  • Manage the global profitability of the account.
  • Manage the project pipeline and sales process through Salesforce.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English skills, French native speaker.
  • Relevant professional experience in Key or Global Account Management, especially working with high-value customers in a project space.
  • Convincing professional sales personality with high customer orientation and commercial contractual negotiation skills (understanding of legal and commercial terms).
