Strategic Customer Partner - DataForce

Join Our Team of Experts

The Strategic Customer Partner - DataForce will be responsible for managing tracks of work and acting as a strategic customer partner within the DataForce group. With a focus on AI data solutions, you will work closely with our marketing department to conduct market research and develop business development plans. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify potential clients and conduct research on their business and technical needs.
  2. Partner with pre-sales teams to create contract-winning proposals.
  3. Drive opportunities from lead generation to closure.
  4. Ensure customer success and satisfaction.
  5. Develop and implement business plans.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Proven track record of building and growing multi-million dollar portfolios.
  • Leadership experience in managing diverse geographical teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Desired Skills:

  • Prior experience in the Artificial Intelligence industry.
  • Ability to multitask and organize administrative work.
