Senior Technical Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Lead technical workstreams to drive customer adoption and success with the UiPath Platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans that deliver exceptional business value.
- Provide technical guidance and advisory services to customers, helping them navigate the complexities of automation and achieve their objectives.
- Design and implement automation solutions that meet customer needs and drive business outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business challenges and delivering tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the team.
- 5+ years of experience in programming.NET / Java applications, with a strong background in software engineering and cloud technologies.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and French is required, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant work experience in customer-facing, technical account management or technical consulting roles, with a proven track record of delivering results and driving customer success.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for client interactions up to 25% of the time.
