International Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Sales Manager to join our team in the EMEA region. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge products and technology, providing the potential for significant professional growth.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales of container machines, gensets, and telematics solutions within defined areas of the EMEA region. They will provide technical support to customers in collaboration with the Aftermarket service team, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and assist with monitoring invoicing, prepayment, forecasting, and monthly reporting.

- Proactively engage with existing customers (70%) while seeking out new opportunities (30%), using Teams, email, phone, and face-to-face meetings.
- Collaborate with other departments (engineers, customer service, etc.) to manage interactions effectively.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, plus proficiency in another language. They should also have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, as well as 3-4 years of experience in a similar role. Additionally, they should have knowledge of shipping transport and container machinery, and the ability to build strong relationships and work in a technical sales environment.

We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including home-office allowance, company restaurants or meal vouchers, transportation allowance, pension contribution plan, health insurance, and life and disability insurance.
