Drive Growth and Innovation at Salesforce

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Operations Leader to join our team at Salesforce, Inc. as a trusted advisor to the CEO of France. This role will encompass supporting the CEO on their day-to-day operations, including GTM design, sales cadence execution, and cross-functional alignment with other key functions in France and strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Become a trusted advisor to the CEO of France and her leadership team
  • Own complex cross-functional initiatives' end-to-end, with limited supervision
  • Spearhead the strategy development and execution of France to capture the next wave of growth
  • Lead and develop a best-in-class team, fully aligned and connected with other regional strategy teams, creating an environment that attracts top talent and where everyone can contribute, succeed, and grow
  • Lead the governance in France (e.g., Forecast, QBRs, and other Business Reviews, Headcount and Recruiting Reviews, etc.) and actively participate in cadences led by other functions (e.g., Pipeline Councils, Deal Reviews, etc.)
Requirements:
  • ~10+ years previous experience in a business operations role within a high growth SaaS company operating at scale or equivalent experience within a management consulting firm
  • ~3+ years of people management experience in a high growth, continuously changing environment
  • ~Thoughtful leadership, track record of advising leadership and influencing stakeholders
  • ~Proven experience of rolling out GTM models along several planning cycles
  • ~Strong project management track record, having successfully led cross-functional strategic initiatives end-to-end
  • ~Inspirational people leader, with a passion for attracting and developing top talent
