Salesforce Account Strategist

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, including C-suite executives and technical decision-makers
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing customer accounts
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
* Fluency in English and French
* Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in a software or technology industry
* Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
