Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Account Manager/Executive. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue within our existing customer base. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, including c-suite executives and decision-makers
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing customer accounts
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

* Fluency in English and French
* Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in a large account environment
* Strong business acumen and understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
