Key Responsibilities:- Technical Oversight: Assume complete technical accountability for designated projects.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients, providing expert guidance and improving formulation and manufacturing processes to facilitate a seamless transition to commercial production.
- Technology Transfer: Engage in the transfer of technology between client locations and our Product Development Services (PDS) department.
- Batch Manufacturing: Assist in the production of pre-clinical and clinical batches.
- Documentation Preparation: Create technical documents, including testing protocols, registration documents, and process specifications for validation.
- Development Studies: Conduct pharmaceutical and galenic development studies on new products, employing a Quality by Design methodology and structured experimental plans.
- Data Analysis: Analyze and present findings, offering technical recommendations for additional investigations.
- Report Generation: Generate, assess, and evaluate scientific and technical data, preparing comprehensive development reports.
- Capability Development: Contribute to the identification of new capabilities for PDS and manufacturing facilities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Galenic Development, Process Development, or Packaging.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience within the pharmaceutical sector.
