Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Alliances Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and growing our channel ecosystem in the region, identifying and onboarding new partners, and developing joint value propositions with our System Integrator partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a regional channel strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our partner ecosystem.
  • Identify, onboard, and activate new partners to support revenue growth and expand our reach in the region.
  • Collaborate with our executives, business development, marketing, and field sales teams to execute a partner-first motion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our System Integrator partners, understanding their business needs and developing joint value propositions to drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or alliances at a SaaS startup, with a track record of exceeding channel sales revenue targets.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence and build relationships with decision-makers across all levels of partner and prospect organizations.
  • Current knowledge of the trends and market-leading companies in the broader Cloud Computing and Identity Access Management ecosystem.
  • Experience with Cloud Software Vendors and their strategies/business models.
