About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced E-commerce Director to join our client, a leading cultural and lifestyle company, as they continue to grow and expand their online presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement E-commerce Strategy: Conduct an audit of the current e-commerce operations and develop a comprehensive strategy to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance the customer experience.
  • Lead the E-commerce Team: Supervise and coordinate the e-commerce team, including social media, project managers, and e-shop leaders, to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric experience across all channels.
  • Optimize E-commerce Operations: Implement best practices and tools to maximize operational efficiency, improve profitability, and enhance the customer experience.
  • Drive Business Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, improve customer engagement, and increase brand awareness.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in e-commerce leadership, with a proven track record of driving growth and improving efficiency in a retail and omnichannel environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to develop and implement data-driven strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English is required.
