About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Partnerships, International to join our team at GoCardless. As a key member of our international leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our partnerships across our international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to drive revenue growth in international markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, customers, and internal teams.
  • Lead a team of partnership account managers to develop and execute sales strategies, manage pipelines, and close deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Develop and implement processes and tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness in partnership management.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful partnership strategies in international markets.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in one or more additional languages, including French, German, or Spanish.
