Being part of the TMT sector team means engaging in a vibrant environment with diverse clients and tackling complex transactions central to ING's operations. Our global TMT team comprises over 80 skilled professionals strategically located in key financial hubs worldwide. This team is set to expand into new territories to enhance our service offerings.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Collaborate in managing multi-faceted client relationships, focusing on developing and expanding business with clients utilizing a comprehensive range of ING's banking products and services, including lending, financial markets, and corporate finance.
- Deal Origination and Execution: Lead the origination and execution of corporate and project financing initiatives related to TMT technologies. Responsibilities encompass preparing marketing materials, pitching and structuring transactions, conducting due diligence, and coordinating with internal teams for approvals and legal documentation.
- Portfolio Oversight: Oversee the portfolio management team, providing support during significant events affecting the loan portfolio and managing distressed credits.
- Collaborative Approach: Maintain regular communication with clients, prospects, and various stakeholders, fostering collaboration with internal departments such as Credit Risk Management and Legal to optimize outcomes for ING.
- A master's degree in economics or finance, or equivalent professional qualifications.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in TMT transactions.
- Proficiency in both French and English.
- Strong team player with a self-motivated attitude, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel, with a solid understanding of financial markets and products.
- Familiarity with the French TMT market is essential.
