Job Description

NielsenIQ is seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Global Account Director. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-profile clients across the CPG and Liquor industries, driving revenue growth through consultative selling and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue from existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners to drive business growth and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement account plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs.
  • Monitor and analyze key financial metrics, including revenue, profitability, and cash collection, to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market research, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
