Job Title: Customer Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented, and highly motivated sales professional to join our Customer Acquisition & Engagement team. The ideal candidate will engage with customer accounts of medium to large complexity, understand their business buying needs, and help shape the Amazon Business offering to cater to their diverse requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Engage with accounts for account onboarding, including account creation, vendor registration, and submitting seller documents.
  2. Work with accounts for order execution, including finding selection options, negotiating with sellers, and preparing IBOP files.
  3. Liaise with accounts to identify DEX breaks, including raising issues to CS, investigating, and re-ordering products.
  4. Work on invoice reconciliation, including sending covering letters, mapping invoices to POs, and completing reconciliation for dues.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in sales or account management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Work experience in consumer product sales/marketing or in e-commerce.
  • 1+ years of sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Account management experience in customer-facing roles.
