As the National Retail Client Director, you will be at the forefront of managing and enhancing our retail partnerships, ensuring alignment with our overarching commercial strategy. This role involves close collaboration with international Key Account Management teams to drive growth and success across our retail accounts.
Core Responsibilities:
- Engage in the strategic development of Red Bull France's Off Premise operations, including the formulation of Business Plans, commercial policies, and the negotiation of national agreements.
- Supervise the implementation of commercial strategies, negotiate terms with clients, and maintain close coordination with sales teams to monitor agreement adherence and profitability.
- Foster team development by assessing team dynamics and proposing enhancements. Collaborate with Trade Marketing to provide insights on category strategies tailored to each client.
- Oversee sales forecasting for the team, manage cross-departmental projects, and liaise effectively with logistics, finance, and marketing divisions. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in the consumer goods sector, with a robust understanding of retail dynamics, strong negotiation capabilities, and proven leadership skills.
