Head of Business Development and Revenue Growth

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of BDR to join our team at Acolad. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion across our international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a multicultural and multilingual team of Sales Representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure strategic alignment and market-specific strategies.
- Collaborate with the Head of AE to ensure seamless integration and synergy between departments, driving business growth and revenue expansion.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize pipeline creation, focusing on performance improvement, impact on growth, and KPI oversight.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Minimum 3 years in a sales role, with entrepreneurial spirit and strong leadership qualities.
- Meticulous, well-organized, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
