**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven International Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at AmplHire. As an International Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth by developing a portfolio of SMEs from various sectors.

**Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance the international visibility of our clients.
  • Conduct virtual sales meetings, close deals, and provide activity reports to support business growth.
  • Convert leads from companies interested in being listed on marketplaces.

**Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have experience in B2B solution sales and be fluent in Polish. You should also possess a strong ambition, performance-oriented mindset, and excellent teamwork skills.

**Benefits:

As a member of our team, you can expect a competitive fixed salary of 32K plus uncapped variable commission (32K at 100% target achievement). You will also receive additional performance bonuses and commission payment from the first euro earned. Our average salary for international sales team members is 60K in 2023.

In addition to your salary, you will enjoy numerous benefits, including annual seminars, sales challenges, health insurance, meal vouchers, and free French courses for international profiles. We offer a full-time permanent contract based in Paris with a friendly, multicultural, and international work environment.
