About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a BigFix Sales Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the endpoint security space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hunt new logos and expand existing business with customers in the endpoint security space.
  • Work closely with internal teams and business partners to deliver solutions that address customer business needs and drive revenue growth.
  • Partner with sales teams to deliver value-based presentations and demos to customers.
  • Manage a territory requiring extensive travel and engage with customers at all levels.
  • Work with the client partner sales teams to progress and close opportunities on an accelerated timetable.
  • Deliver value presentations and demos for the BigFix solution.
  • Work with other sellers and units of HCLSoftware as needed to create an effective solution for the client.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the client's industry, including industry trends, business processes, financial measurements, and performance indicators.
  • Exceed assigned targets for new software sales and renewals.
  • Present BigFix unique business value, client successes, and competitive differentiators.
  • Represent BigFix at local industry conferences and user group meetings.
  • Contribute to creating and executing regional sales plays.
  • Engage BigFix GEO and Global Leadership to increase customer advocacy and progress deals.
  • Exceed assigned software, services, and renewals sales targets.
  • Maintain customer retention and add new logos annually.
Qualifications

We are looking for a highly experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success in the endpoint security space. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 10 years' sales experience in enterprise software.
  • Proven track record of consistent pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and build rapport in senior customer relationships.
  • Strong business acumen and technical knowledge to succinctly align customer needs with the BigFix value proposition.
  • Knowledge of the assigned territory in terms of relevant industries, clients, and business partners.
  • Proven sales track record in the technology sector and ability to discuss general and specific security issues.
  • Proven ability to respectfully engage multiple functional areas across an organization.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to keep it simple.
  • Personal goal setting, time management, and drive to succeed.
  • Integrity, humility, team-orientation, sense of humor, and drive for performance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional presentation skills necessary to effectively deliver executive-level and value-based presentations.
  • Ability to provide insight to business leaders across all industries.
  • An outstanding ability to understand business problems and articulate a corresponding solution based on the HCLSoftware portfolio.
  • ITSM Tools (BMC, RedHat, Chef, Puppet, Ivanti, etc).
  • Endpoint Security Tools (Tanium, CarbonBlack, McAfee, Symantec, CrowdStrike, Cyberreason, etc).
