We are seeking skilled Security Solutions Sales Specialists to join our dynamic teams across various business sectors, serving clients of diverse sizes in our enterprise, regulated, and partner services divisions.

The Microsoft Security division plays a pivotal role in creating a safer environment in response to escalating threats. Our Security Solutions are designed to effectively safeguard our customers.

The Solution Specialist Unit within Microsoft Security is actively collaborating with clients to ensure their success.

With an extensive network of security professionals globally, substantial investments in security research and development, and cutting-edge AI-driven Security innovations, Microsoft is well-positioned to lead in protecting customers worldwide.

We are looking for passionate Security Solutions Sales Specialists who are dedicated to identifying and securing sales opportunities that deliver significant value to clients and facilitate their digital transformation.

In this role, you will engage with customers to comprehend their needs, pinpoint security opportunities, develop tailored security solutions, and present these solutions to influence technical decision-makers.

You will spearhead consultative discussions with clients and collaborate on planning, orchestrating, and executing comprehensive security opportunities alongside a virtual team from Microsoft and our partners.

This position offers a unique opportunity for career advancement, enhancement of your sales and collaboration skills, and a deeper understanding of end-to-end security. Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in technology-related sales or account management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, along with technology-related sales or account management experience, or equivalent expertise.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in security-related sales or account management with enterprise clients.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Security and/or Compliance products.
  • A technical inclination with a solid understanding of cloud security technologies, including Threat protection, Kill Chain, Cloud Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP), Security Information and Event Monitoring (SIEM), Multi-Cloud Security, Identity and Access management.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Artificial Intelligence-based security offerings such as Security Copilot and related technologies like Microsoft 365 Defender, extended detection and response (XDR), Sentinel, Prisma Cloud, Crowdstrike, Proofpoint, Splunk, among others.

Language Skills:

Proficiency in French and English.

Completing necessary training and obtaining relevant certifications aligned with the role.
